How are my products delivered?
We only deliver with GLS unless otherwise agreed.
Can I return my goods?
Yes, you can return your items within 14 days. Write to hej@looze.dk for to have a return label sent by email and deliver the package to a GLS parcel shop. Remember to always pack your return properly and place the return label on top of the old one.
We will refund the amount to the same credit card with which the payment was made as soon as the item has been returned and inspected.

Can I exchange my items?
Yes, you can exchange the item up to 14 days after it is received - even discounted items, as long as the item is unused and in original packaging.
The only thing you pay for is the return shipping. We will credit the money to the credit card used to pay for the order after receiving the item.
Can be exchanged after Christmas
If purchased after November 1, you can exchange it for after Christmas.
When will my package? arrive
Orders are usually sent within 1-2 working days. You will receive an email and SMS when the item has been dispatched from Looze.dk.
If products from Carhartt and
Should a product not be in stock, contrary to expectations, you will be notified by SMS and email, and the estimated delivery time will be stated.
Where do I find the targets?
Press "FIT" under the product and then "SIZEGUIDE"
I have not received my discount code?
Check your spam folder, otherwise contact us at hej@looze.dk.
My discount code doesn't work?
The discount code cannot be combined with package offers, already discounted items and other discount codes.
